Can not log in? Double-check your username and password. If you forgot your password, use the “Reset Password” option on the login screen.
Membership not working? Make sure your subscription is active. If you recently renewed, log out and back in to refresh your access.
Game not launching? Try restarting the system or selecting a different station. If the issue continues, notify staff.
Lag or performance issues? This may be due to high traffic. Switching stations or lowering in-game settings can help.
Controller or headset not working? Check connections first. If it still does not work, request a replacement at the front desk.
Charged incorrectly? Contact us with your receipt or booking ID, and we will review it as soon as possible.
Reservation issues? Make sure your booking time has not expired. Late arrivals may result in cancellation during peak hours.
